Welcome to IRON HORDE Beta Testing. By accessing or using our beta game, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions for Beta Testers.

1. Beta Testing Status

IRON HORDE is currently in beta testing phase. The game, features, content, and services are under development and may change significantly before the final release. By participating in this beta test, you acknowledge and accept:

• The game may contain bugs, errors, or other issues that could affect gameplay
• Game progress, achievements, and unlocked content may be reset or modified
• Features may be added, removed, or substantially changed without prior notice
• The game may experience downtime, service interruptions, or data loss

2. Beta Tester Obligations

As a beta tester, you agree to:

• Provide feedback on game performance, features, and any bugs encountered
• Keep details about unreleased features confidential unless explicitly authorized for sharing
• Use the game for its intended purpose and not attempt to exploit bugs or vulnerabilities
• Understand and accept that customer support may be limited during the beta phase
• Install updates when available to test the latest versions

3. Access to Special Features

During the beta phase, certain premium features or content may be made available to testers at no cost. You acknowledge that:

• Any premium content provided for free during beta testing is for evaluation purposes only
• Access to such content may be revoked upon full release of the game
• You may be given special redemption codes that will not be available in the final release

4. Feedback and Contributions

Any feedback, suggestions, ideas, or other contributions you provide regarding the beta game:

• May be used by us without any obligation to compensate you
• Will become our property once submitted
• May influence future development, with no guarantee that any specific suggestion will be implemented

5. Termination of Beta Access

We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the beta test at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions
• Misuse of the game or its features
• Sharing confidential information without authorization
• Completion of the beta testing phase

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any damages arising from your participation in the beta test, including damages resulting from:

• Game errors, bugs, or crashes
• Data loss or corruption
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Changes to game features or content

7. Updates to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated during the beta testing phase. We will notify beta testers of significant changes through the game interface or via email. Continued use of the game after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the game publisher operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
